25TH ANNUAL ORLANDO JAPAN FESTIVAL!


We are looking forward to seeing you all next year!

 

 

Last year’s festival proceeds will go to victims of Maui’s wildfire, Orlando Hoshuko (Japanese Language School) and victims of Noto, Japan’s earthquake.

Dancers and festival guests all gather and dances “Bon Odori” along with the Japanese folk songs.

Every year in the beginning of November, we have Orlando Japan Festival where you can experience authentic Japanese music, dance and other entertainments. Of course, there are variety of Japanese foods and drinks as well. It almost feels like you’re transported to one of those local festivals in Japan.

Food stalls at the selling Japanese foods such as takoyaki (octopus ball), Ramune (soda), taiyaki (fish-shaped cake), etc.
Vendors selling various Japanese arts and crafts.

The festival has become one of the largest of its kind in Central Florida.

The festival opens with the performance of Taiko Drumming, “One Hundred Drummers.”
